Upon receiving your order and payment, I will create a design with your chosen typeface and color palette. I will email you a proof of your design within 1-4 business days of order and payment. I will ask for you to review the proof and check it for accuracy. We can make any changes to layout or color during the proofing process. Three proofs are included in your order; each additional proof after the third will be an additional $5. Please note: if you decide to change to your typeface after the first proof an additional $15 will apply. Reprints for errors or changes not changed during proofing cost an additional $20 for prints and $50 for canvases. I do my best to keep my work error and typo-free, but is the customer's responsibility to proof the design for accuracy.
Fine art prints ship within 10 business days after proof approval. Canvases ship within 10 days after proof approval. I will keep you posted along the way to let you know the progress of your *remember the day*!
Please note: During flash sales and promotions, I may be experiencing higher order volume which will may increase order times by an additional 2-4 business days. As always, I will keep you posted so that you know what to expect!
Fine art prints ship via USPS First Class Mail (3-7 days) and do not have a tracking number. If you would like your fine art print to be shipped via USPS Priority Mail (2-4 days), a $6 shipping charge applies and please contact me prior to ordering to set up Priority Mail shipping for your fine art print.
Canvases ship via FedEx (3-6 days) and have a tracking number that can be used to track the package.
I love to share the REMEMBER the day designs that I have completed. Not only do I love each and every design (I want to show them off!), but allowing my customers to see designs of all different typefaces and color palettes helps them to select the perfect combination for them! Please be aware that I may place completed designs in my online portolio, use images of completed designs as examples in my Etsy shop, or share completed designs on my Etsy shop. If you would prefer that I not use your design in one or all of these applications, please just let me know and your design will remain in my archives but not on a public website.

I want you to be 100% happy with your *remember the day*. We will work together to make your canvas absolutely perfect and how you want it during the proof process to avoid any need for returns.
After final proof approval and once your *remember the day* is sent to print, I cannot offer refunds.
If for some reason you are unhappy with your canvas or print, please contact me to discuss your issue, as I am sure there is a way we can resolve it!

Please redeem your voucher by its expiration date. Unfortunately, I cannot accept vouchers that have expired.
Important Note: After you have placed your order, you will be directed to a page where you can submit your customization information. Your customization information must be received within 3 business days after your order is submitted otherwise your order will be cancelled. You cannot submit your order a day before your voucher expires and then wait an extended period of time to submit your customization information; this abuse of the voucher expiration date and my ordering system is against my policies, as well as Plum District's and Totsy's policies.
You can purchase gift certificates in my shop. My gift certificates are e-cards sent via email. To order a gift certificate, click on the order ribbon to the right, which will take you to the online shop.

caring for your canvas
The canvases are water-resistant but NOT waterproof. So, this means that if some water does accidentally get on it, immediately wipe it with a dry cloth to ensure no water is absorbed.
The canvases are capable of handling normal amounts of sunlight, however, they should NOT be placed or hung in direct sunlight. If they are in direct sunlight for long periods, the design will fade.
You should regularly clean your canvas print so that dust does not settle on it. Use a soft brush or dry cloth and gently wipe off any dust that has settled over time.
